We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because every item is photographed and graded honestly before listing, returns are rare — but if something isn't right, we've got you covered.
7-Day Return Window — If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When Can You Return?
- Item doesn't match description — The condition or contents differ significantly from what was listed.
- Defective item — A game disc doesn't read, a console doesn't power on, or a controller has a fault that wasn't disclosed.
- Wrong item received — You received a different product than what you ordered.
- Damaged in transit — The item arrived with damage caused during shipping.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order code and a brief description of the issue. Photos help us resolve things faster.
- We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we'll arrange a courier pick-up at no cost to you.
Refund Options

Non-Returnable Items
Items listed as "Acceptable" condition with clearly documented flaws are sold as-is. Returns for cosmetic issues that were disclosed in the listing photos and description will not be accepted.
- Items damaged by the buyer after delivery.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Change-of-mind returns (you simply decided you don't want it) — however, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.
