At NR Games every used product goes through a hands-on inspection before it's listed. We check the disc, case, and manual (where applicable), then assign a condition level from 1 (best) to 5 (acceptable). Every listing includes real, unedited photos so you can see exactly what you're buying.

The 5 levels apply to all products, but for consoles and controllers we focus on cosmetic condition, button/stick wear, and functionality rather than disc and case quality.
If you want a collectible or gift, go for Level 1 or 2. For everyday play, Level 3 is the sweet spot — great condition at a fair price. Levels 4–5 are perfect if you just want to play and save money.
Yes — every disc is loaded and tested on the correct console. If a disc fails to read we either resurface it (and re-test) or remove it from sale entirely.
